Information we collect
When you request a workflow diagnostic, we collect the contact and business information you provide, including your name, work email, company, role, timing and workflow description. We also receive limited technical information required to operate and protect the website.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, assess whether MomentText can help, maintain service security and understand website and advertising performance. We do not sell submitted information.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand visits and attribute submitted requests to campaigns. Optional cookies and advertising identifiers are used only when your consent choice permits them. If you submit a form after allowing advertising measurement, the Google tag may use a one-way hashed version of your work email to improve conversion attribution. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Retention and sharing
Lead details are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage a potential business relationship. We may use infrastructure and email providers to deliver the website and messages, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
